
| Jeffrey Capobianco Jeffrey and his wife, Samantha, have three young girls, Eva, Elia, and Camilla. He knows the time constraints that the “real world” places upon an athlete and how to maximize your precious time.
Vin has a Master's Degree in physical education and a BS in Sports and Fitness. He is a USA Cycling certified coach, NSCA certified strength and conditioning specialist, and a certified Crossfit instructor. He has been participating in triathlon and other endurance endeavors for over 15 years. He is multi-time Ironman finisher and is currently focusing on the shorter distance events. He has qualified for, and will be competing in, the USAT Age Group National Championships in 2011. He qualified by finishing as the fastest amatuer at the 2010 Pumpkinman Sprint Triathlon. We will all be pulling for Vin as he chases a spot on Team USA for 2012! He has an unparalleled drive and enthusiasm for endurance athletics. His background in education coupled with his passion for helping others achieve their goals makes Vin an ideal coach. Vin and his wife, Nicole, live on the North Shore with their two young children, Anna and Vincenzo.
Dave currently holds coaching certifications from both USA Cycling and USA Swimming. Dave has a background in competitive swimming and coached age group swimmers for six years before transitioning into triathlon in 2008. He recently competed at Ironman Lake Placid, finishing 16th overall and in the process qualified for Ironman World Championships, which will be his fourth Ironman. In addition to competing in long distance triathlon, Dave has been successful at the sprint, Olympic and half-iron distances. Working full time in biotech research, he has a M.S. and B.S. in chemistry and brings his analytical background into his coaching.
