Kristen Lamb
Kristen Lamb holds certifications from Ironman and USA Triathlon. She has experience coaching sprint, olympic, half-iron and Ironman triathletes. She is a 4-time Ironman finisher including one World Championship Finish in Kona, HI after qualifying in Lake Placid in 2015.
Susan Sotir
Susan brings over 25 years of experience in sport, coaching, and education to BPC. She has a Ph.D. in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Springfield College, is a USA Triathlon Level II coach, and is a certified strength and conditioning coach (NSCA-CSCS). In addition to sport coaching, Susan serves as a consultant for elite athletes and coaches developing and integrating mental skills into sport practice and performance.
Jonathan Steeves
Jonathan Steeves, coach and team manager, started with Breakthrough Performance Coaching in 2008 as an athlete. He currently holds a Level I coaching certification with USA Triathlon
Scott Carrier
Scott is a certified multisport coach with the ITCA (International Triathlon Coaching Association), is an Ironman Certified Coach, as well as a certified HRP (Heart Rate Performance Specialist). He is a lifelong endurance athlete with a background in rowing, cycling, running, and multisport events (Amateur Duathlon World Championships 2010 and Triathlon All-American 2013).
Jerry Sancinito
Jerry is an Ironman University and USA Cycling certified coach. Since 2012, Jerry has completed 4 full Ironman events, 7 half iron distance races, as well as numerous Olympic and sprint distance competitions. He earned USAT Honorable Mention in 2015 and All American in 2016.
Matthew Morabito
Matthew is a USA Cycling and USA Track and Field certified coach. He blends his knowledge of physiology, his passion for endurance athletics, and his real world experience to help athletes exceed their goals!
William Hafferty
Billy holds certifications from both USA Triathlon and USA Cycling. He is a multi-time Ironman, Kona qualifier, and Guinness World Record Holder for the fastest ever Antarctic Ice Marathon. Yep, you read that correctly!
