Triathlon

Kristen Lamb has been a multi-sport athlete for most of her life. At St. Lawrence University, she was one of the rare few who competed in more than one collegiate sport (soccer and ice hockey). She found triathlon in 2008 and, since then, she has competed with Team USA at two Olympic distance World Championships and at Ironman World Championships in Kona, HI multiple times. In addition to 9 IM finishes so far, she has been a USA Triathlon All American for nearly a decade (2011 – 2020).

As a coach, Kristen is passionate about making sure her athletes, whether they are beginners, experienced competitors, or world championship qualifiers, are prepared for the challenges they choose, including sprint to IM distance triathlon, marathon, and other endurance events. She holds certifications from Ironman U and USA Triathlon. She has presented at Race Mania several times and served as an Ironman Event Coach at Ironman Mont Tremblant.

Kristen is no stranger to juggling training and coaching while spending time with her busy family. She lives in Marblehead, MA with her husband, Gunner, and two boys, Will and Carter.
