About Jeffrey
Jeffrey Capobianco is an Ironman Certified Coach and also holds certifications from USA Triathlon, USA Cycling, TrainingPeaks, Stryd Running, INSCYD, and CORE. He has coached hundreds of athletes to Ironman PRs, Kona qualifications, and podium finishes. He has been selected as an Official Ironman Certified Coach on-course at both Ironman Lake Placid and Ironman Mont Tremblant, and is a multi-time presenter at Endurance Exchange.
Jeffrey began his endurance career rowing for the University of Massachusetts, where he is a member of the rowing hall of fame (1871 Club). After graduating, he continued his passion training for a spot on the US National Team. Along the way, he won numerous national championships and two gold medals at the 1995 Olympic Festival before transitioning into cycling, running, and triathlon. He completed Ironman Lake Placid in 2005 and has returned every year since. He is a 37x Ironman and a 12x Kona qualifier.
Jeffrey leads weekly team rides on Zwift and understands the real-world time constraints athletes face. As a father of three and a long-time coach, he excels at helping others maximize their training time to achieve goals.
