About Kristen
Kristen Lamb has been a multi-sport athlete for most of her life. She graduated from St. Lawrence University in 1996 where she played soccer and ice hockey. She found triathlon in 2008 and, since then, she has competed with Team USA at two Olympic distance World Championships and at Ironman World Championships in Kona, HI multiple times. In addition to numerous Ironman and half-ironman finishes, she has been a USA Triathlon All-American for over a decade.
As a coach, Kristen is passionate about making sure her athletes, whether they are beginners, experienced competitors, or world championship qualifiers, are prepared for the challenges they choose, including sprint to IM distance triathlon, marathon, and other endurance events. She holds certifications from Ironman U and USA Triathlon. She has presented at Race Mania several times and served as an Ironman Event Coach at Ironman Mont Tremblant.
Kristen lives in Marblehead, MA with her husband, Gunner. They have 2 boys, Will and Carter.
